“The Continuing Professional Development of Physicians” is an encyclopedic resource for summarizing theory & evidence basis underlying CPD.

“The Reflective Practice Guide” offers a exploration of reflective practice, an essential element of professional and personal development.

Rubenstein and Talbot examine the unique challenges and opportunities associated with teaching in outpatient settings.

One of the key takeaways from this process is the recognition of how structured reflection enhances teaching effectiveness.

By explicitly outlining objectives, strategies, and measurable outcomes, I was able to take meaningful ownership of my learning.

This project strengthened my understanding of experiential learning and highlighted the benefits & possibilities of virtual teamwork.

Overall, the evaluation process reinforced the success of our workshop while offering valuable lessons for future improvements.

Self-critique, & peer evaluation of my audiovisual teaching session has been very helpful in refining my teaching.
